  6. The Year-To-Date Summary   now  provides  the  PGA Tour type
  7. statistics showing such items as  Stroke Average,  Greens in
  8. Regulation,  Percent of Fairways hit,  Sand Saves,   Putting
  9. Average, Net Stroke Average,  and current USGA type handicap
  10. is added to all games as they are entered.  All scores, both
  11. gross and net(handicap), are included for each game.

  13. Invaluable for the serious Golfer who wants to keep a record
  14. of his/her progress and/or maintain records of where his/her
  15. golf games were played, and the  score shot.   The  database
  16. contains the date, location, score, corse name, names of all
  17. playing partners, and details about the score for each hole.

  19. The registered version will maintain  an unlimited number of
  20. Game Records and up to 90 Course Records.   A Course  Record
  21. need only be created one time and the information about that
  22. particular Course will be available for any game recorded as
  23. being played on that Course.  Each individual Game Record is
  24. kept in two (2) different indexes.    Indexes are (1) Course
  25. played and (2) Scores.

  27. By using different datafile names, Records can be maintained
  28. for thousands of games.   The  Main  Menu  provides instant,
  29. "hot key", access to any record in the database.

  31. No installation process or  detailed configuration files are
  32. required.   GolfLog creates its own files as they are needed
  33. and then maintains them each time the program is used.   All
  34. you do is type GOLFLOG at the  DOS  prompt  and it's  up and
  35. and running.  This is a true "plug in and play" program.

  37. GolfLog is  always under development and  the latest version
  38. will be sent to anyone paying the registration fee.  You may
  39. also register using your MasterCard or VISA.

  41. If you're updating from  v5.0 - v5.2  you must run the small
  42. conversion program called 5_TO_6.COM to make your  datafiles
  43. compatible with v6.1   This program is included with GolfLog
  44.  
  45. Hardware  Requirements :  IBM  PC,  PC-compatible or  MS-DOS
  46. computer, 640k RAM, 1 floppy drive, or 1 Hard drive, EGA/VGA
  47. monitor, Epson compatible 80 column printer and a minimum of
  48. 200k free memory.
